Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle hospitality / residential projects from design concept to site supervision/ coordination during construction period
- Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
- Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection
- Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
- Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
- Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results
- Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams
- Supervise and coach junior staff members in daily works, develop team capabilities, and contribute to team cohesiveness
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or other related disciplines
- Relevant experience in Hospitality, Residential, Restaurant and Show Flat Design, preferable exposed to top-tier luxury projects
- Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
- Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas
- Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
- Able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Strong technical background and well experienced in generating / reviewing design and construction drawings / specifications / documentations / shop drawings
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Keynote and common software, experience in operating in Mac platform preferable
- Excellent command of spoken and written English AND Chinese IS A MUST
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Immediate availability preferred

Product Designer (Furniture) Tokyo
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce design for a range of interior products with creative sense and keen eye for detail thinking
- Create concepts and design that balance innovative design, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal
- Coordinate with our in-house interior design teams and local / overseas vendors, to bring the design to fulfilment
- Drive the production of documentation of interior architectural design and construction of furniture products for hospitality, restaurant, residential, and commercial interiors projects
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder from Art / Design School
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture and interior design field, exposure on hospitality projects would be an advantage
- Proficient in graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote
- Familiar with MAC environment, knowledge of Creative Cloud apps will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and responsible

Responsibilities:

Interior Designer (Technical) Taipei
Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete all CAD drawing for project presentation purpose and tendering purposes inclusive of different kinds of project, such as hospitality, restaurant, residential and commercial interiors project
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in large-scale and high-end interior design projects, preferable in hospitality projects
- Experience in producing and setting up of tender is a must
- Able to handle multiple tasks, have a willingness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities:
- Content creator, editor and manager for digital/social media of the company
- Curate creative and relevant contents that reflect the company’s brand identity and soul
- Develop and execute campaigns to refine messaging and drive perception lift
